Annie Kearney is the Founder of North Shore Prep + Pathways, a coaching and development program dedicated to helping students build strong foundations— academically, personally, and professionally. Annie brings over a decade of combined experience in education, career development, and leadership within the tech industry.
Annie began her career as a high school English teacher, where she developed expertise in literacy instruction, executive-function support, and differentiated learning. She holds a graduate degree in higher education management, equipping her with deep insight into student development, school systems, and evidence-based instructional practice.
After transitioning into the private sector, Annie joined LinkedIn, where she refined her understanding of early-career pathways, professional branding, and employability skills. She later served as a sales leader at Amazon Ads, with experience leading global teams across North America and Europe, supporting early-career hiring programs, coaching high-potential talent, and driving growth initiatives for some of Amazon’s largest advertising partners. Her leadership experience gave her a front-row view of what helps young adults thrive — in college, in internships, and in competitive early-career environments.
North Shore Prep + Pathways is the culmination of Annie’s dual background: the heart of an educator with the real-world expertise of a tech leader. Her approach blends academic support, executive-function coaching, career exploration, and confidence-building for students ages 14-25.
